Tricks
Recovery mode
After boot, when prompt appears (and vibration), press power and
volume up. Here you can do a factory data reset, or a system
update from sdcard.
Fastboot
After boot, after prompt and vibration, press power three times, then volume up.
USB id will be 0955:7000
Fastboot on HTC Hero
Poweron while Back key pressed. Then press Menu.
